This policy applies to consulting engagements, platform subscriptions, and educational programmes offered by TradeTech India.
Refund eligibility is determined by contract terms, service usage, and completion status of deliverables.
Clients may initiate a refund request by emailing [email protected] with contract references and reasons.
Provide written notice at least 14 days before scheduled service milestones to initiate cancellation discussions.
Our team reviews requests within five business days, assessing deliverables delivered, resources allocated, and contractual obligations.
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days through the original payment channel unless agreed otherwise.
Partial refunds may apply when services are partially delivered or if non-refundable components were explicitly agreed upfront.
Custom development, third-party integrations, or regulatory filings already completed are non-refundable.
Client-requested rescheduling is accommodated subject to resource availability; rescheduling does not automatically trigger refunds.
Inability to access services due to client infrastructure is not grounds for refund; we provide support to troubleshoot integration hurdles.
